Teachers» training colleges of the Siberian department of public education in 1920-1938

A comprehensive study and analysis of the richest heritage of public education development in Eastern Siberia in the 1920-1938 arouses a logical interest in the background, procedures, and organizational-institutional design of the network of teacher's training colleges in the Siberian province, as well as to their development, formation and further transformation. The authors consider this process to be a continuous search for optimal solutions to its basic and applied problems.
