This article is focused the issues of continuing professional education of educators in matter of work with the children with disabilities in health. The article authors have indentified the continuing education system capability, studied the process of teaching staff professional development from the perspective of a competence approach, defined the pedagogical conditions, allowing to effectively implement the continuing professional training of the teaching staff on psycho-pedagogical support of the young age's trainees with disabilities in health in the inclusion conditions.
