The author of the article examines the pedagogical conditions for the formation of a sense of responsibility among civil servants of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. The article reveals the essence of the concept of «pedagogical conditions». An overview of the basic, key pedagogical conditions determining the effectiveness of the formation of a sense of responsibility among civil servants of the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief is given.
