Pedagogical conditions for formation of practice-oriented skills of students majored in railway operation

The article discusses the modern approaches to the development of practice-oriented skills of students majored in railway operation. The authors together with the employer represented by the Far Eastern Railway, a branch of JSC «Russian Railways», describe and justify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of practice-oriented skills of these students. The authors put forward the following things as a set of the pedagogical conditions: the creation of an educational and professional partnership of the main employer that is the railway and the customer of educational services that is the railway university; the creation of the practice-oriented educational environment together with the rail industry; professional-ped-agogical support of practices, organization.
