Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional self-determination of students in the context of social partnership

The article considers one of the urgent problems of career guidance of schoolchildren (in particular, their professional self-determination) - the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the functioning of the system for the formation of professional self-determination of schoolchildren in the context of social partnership. The purpose of this article is a theoretical analysis and description of the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional self-determination of students in the context of social partnership. Having studied the scientific literature on this topic, we identified pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional self-determination of students in the context of social partnership, which include the following: - creation of a network educational cluster aimed at professional self-determination of schoolchildren; - organization of pre-profile training of schoolchildren with the involvement of social partners. Pre-profile training helps to unite schoolchildren into specialized classes, acts as the primary stage of their professional orientation, and facilitates the choice of a future profession. In addition, the structural content of the network educational cluster aimed at professional self-determination of schoolchildren is presented, which allows to unite the resources of social partners, form a professionally oriented and motivated contingent of applicants for colleges and universities, and consolidate the scientific and methodological potential of social partners to form the readiness of schoolchildren for professional self-determination. Organization of pre-profile training of schoolchildren with the involvement of social partners helps to create conditions for schoolchildren to obtain primary professional experience, to form their value attitude to work, future profession, professional community, and to familiarize them with a diverse world of professions. The article presents a scheme for organizing pre-profile training of schoolchildren with the participation of social partners.
