Pedagogical conditions of cadets tolerance formation in educational system of a military university

One of the objectives of professional education of future military personnel is formation of students' personality tolerance in educational process of military higher education institution. The solution to this problem is associated with creation in educational institution such pedagogical conditions that favor the development of value orientations and attitudes, motives and interests, knowledge and skills necessary for tolerant consciousness formation. In addition, the teaching environment should allow negative factors neutralization and positive factors of reality usage. In accordance with the foregoing, the paper presents the results of scientific literature theoretical analysis, revealing the relevance of modern youth tolerance forming, objective and subjective factors inhibiting or activating this process, principles and approaches to form this cadets' quality. Analysis of opinion and behavior of people, attempts to understand the causes of behavior and the essence of thought helps to develop tolerance of students. The ability to adequately assess and interpret one's and others' positions, point of view, behavior is a necessary quality of a tolerant person.
