Pedagogical conditions of students' professional experience formation

Experience in training technicians and electricians of high qualification level (the fifth level) in the Ulyanovsk professional teacher training college shows that this problem can be successfully achieved under certain pedagogical conditions. In cooperation with the leading enterprise it is necessary to develop an additional professional unit of the vocational training program, as well as the requirements, criteria and indicators necessary for assigning the specified level and the formation of professional experience.
