Pedagogical conditions of effective development of engineers’ ecological competence during additional professional training

Environmental security at manufacturing and industrial enterprises depends on maturity of engineers’ ecological competence. Considering the fact that the engineers already have labor competence and experience, this problem is possible to solve in the course of additional professional training. The paper discusses the author’s original technology of engineers’ ecological competence development in the course of additional professional training. The pedagogical conditions affecting the efficiency of the technology through the improvement of its components are elaborated.
