The article identifies and justifies the main goals and areas of students’ academic mobility development at liberal arts universities. The analysis of data of the empirical part of the research dealing with the pedagogical conditions supporting the academic mobility of liberal arts university students allows the author to reveal and differentiate the techniques of its implementation, to submit the internship programs and the student exchange programs maintained by Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University with other liberal arts universities.
