Pedagogical conditions of organizational and pedagogical support of professional navigation of future middle level specialists in the educational space of the region

The article analyzes the pedagogical conditions of the organizational and pedagogical support of professional navigation of future mid-level specialists in the educational space of the region. Professional navigation is interpreted as assistance to students in their professional self-determination. Organizational and pedagogical support of professional navigation of future mid-level specialists presupposes a system of work coordinated at all levels of management, aimed at increasing the efficiency of this process, including organizational and managerial, scientific and methodological, information and analytical and material and technical support. We consider the following conditions for the implementation of organizational and pedagogical support for professional navigation of future mid-level specialists in the educational space of the region: 1) the formation of the infrastructure of interaction of subjects of professional navigation of future mid-level specialists in the educational space of the region; 2) the use of skills technologies in the process of organizational and pedagogical support of professional navigation of future mid-level specialists in the educational space of the region; 3) the organization of mentoring in the educational space of the region.
