Conditions of development of impellent memory at children with a delay of mental development of younger school age were studied. As a hypothesis the assumption has been put forward that development and correction of impellent memory in children with a delay of mental development of younger school age will be the most effective at observance of following conditions, if: the organization and the maintenance of correctional influence will be focused on age both specific features and possibilities of pupils; the special exercises directed on formation and development of impellent memory and informative activity of pupils will be used; the motivation of practical activities will amplify (underlining of importance of performance of the task, introduction of an element of competitions etc.).
