This article describes the author's system of pedagogical conditions of development of social self teen Amateur associations, cultural institution. The system involves the provision of a specially developed methodology is divided into two sections: the first aimed at teenagers, the second aimed at adults participants in the educational process (teachers, managers Amateur associations and parents). The author argues that as a result of the implementation of the system of pedagogical conditions in adolescents increase analytical skills, emotional responsiveness, increased willingness to engage in collective activity in creativity, increased productivity teenage team.
