Pedagogical monitoring as a means of assessment of the professional competencies’ quality at the Togliatti College of Engineering

This paper analyzes the processes of formation and monitoring of professional competencies in secondary vocational education institutions. Particular attention is paid to the system of competencies’ quality assessment. The authors provide an example of monitoring organization in a particular educational institution.
