Pedagogical experience of applying effective digital technologies for teaching biological disciplines

The article discusses the most pressing methodological issues of additional education, carried out in an online format. The features of various technologies used in distance learning are considered and systematized. The advantages and disadvantages of education management systems and the conditions for their use are revealed. On the example of studying biology as the foundation of natural science education, the choice of the Moodle platform is justified for the formation and activation of the cognitive activity of students, the development of their practical skills and systemic thinking. An example of a modular structure in the development of additional education courses is given.
