Pedagogical assistance to the development of professionally significant personal resources of students in the professional development

The article highlights the problem of searching approaches to pedagogical assistance for developing professionally significant personal resources. It is preventive and operational assistance in development and self-developmen of the trainees of professional development courses which is related to professional advancement. Author considers the questions of teaching and learning interaction within which the support for students’ potential opportunities is provided; identifies conditions promoting development of students’ professionally significant personal resources; determines the nessecity of understanding by students their problems and transformating these problems in the activity goals. Designed educational environment which promotes the development of professionally significant personal resources suggests the initiation of educational needs based on self-diagnosis which developes students’ subjectness. Pedagogical assistance for developing professionally significant personal resources facilitates the understanding of the mechanisms of forming new subject qualities, which are formed in the process of setting and achiving new goals or mastering new activities. As result, students’ fragmentary experience turns into sustained motivation for their own professional development.
