In the scientific article the questions connected with activization, regulation and pedagogical management of vocal and creative activity of children of preschool and younger school age on the basis of art and pedagogical approach are considered. It is emphasized that a main goal of pedagogics of vocal creativity is formation of vocal and acoustical representations on the basis of development of evident and figurative thinking of the child that demands expansion of borders, an exit out of limits of existential, invisible, “hidden” musical art. The author causes application of the most effective art and pedagogical methods in children's vocal classes: contemporaneity of perception, contrast, organizational and situational, information and sensual, problem and motivational. As an important point in work with the beginning vocalists purposeful preparation for concert performance is presented. The attention is paid that she can be carried out in the “open” and “closed” forms.
