Pension reform: a chance for the development of personal accumulations, or the crash of the support system for elderly citizens?

This article discusses the problem of reforming the raising of the retirement age from the perspective of a positive and negative effect for citizens and the state. It will analyze the modern mechanism for calculating the pension and its change after the reform, as well as foreign experience in building a pension system. The result of the article will be the conclusion about the need for this change and proposals for the further development of the pension system of the Russian Federation.
