The pension provision as sphere of the social worker's professional activity: the main directions and factors of the stuff policy at Russian Pension Fund

The article deals with the directions and factors of personnel policy in the structure of the Pension Fund of Russia (hereinafter - PFR) as an object of professional activity of a social worker. The author analyzes the motivational mechanisms of the PFR in the work of the personnel service, which determine the high efficiency of its employees.
