A list of data related to privacy and its classification in civil law

The author of the article conducts a categorical and terminological research of the concepts to determine the list of data related to privacy. It is noted that the analysis of judicial and arbitral practice clearly demonstrates the inconsistency of approaches to the understanding of the phenomenon under study. The proposed classifications of data related to privacy allow to differentiate information and increase its applied potential. It is concluded that the most appropriate methodological technique to obtain a scientific understanding of the data related to privacy is classification. The application of classification contributed to the identification of these types of specified data: by content, by form of objectification, by functional purpose.
