The list of protective versions in cases of bribery and its practical use

The article provides a definition and a list of more than 60 different protective versions in cases of bribery, combined into a typology of 12 groups. At the same time, defensive versions are considered to be not only as versions of the defense, but also as investigative versions, which can be put forward and verified by all representatives of the prosecution, as well as by judges; and mainly by forecasting, in an anticipatory manner. The versions are based on both factual assumptions and regulatory prescriptions, typical violations of the law and errors in cases of this category. That is, both issues of the fact and issues of law, as well as mixed ones, are being considered. In conclusion, it is stated that the compilation of such lists can be the subject of both research in the field of criminology and other criminal and legal sciences.
