The author analyzes the nature and legal mechanisms of transfer of trust management of property. It justifies, in particular, the legality of the authorization by the founder of the management of the possibility of delegation of powers without indicating a specific figure of the attorney, the incorrectness of the qualification of the authority reflected in the agreement as a unilateral act of the founder of the management. Emphasizes that in relation to an extraordinary situation of transfer of control due to forced circumstances, the possibility of establishing in an agreement a ban on such delegation of powers is relevant.
