Energy transfer of local power plant: legal aspects

Introductions: Modern Strategy of the Russian Federation in the field of energy has the main purpose of achieving efficient use of energy resources. The construction of local power plants is one way to accomplish this purpose. Purpose: the examining of legal regime of accounting of energy generation and energy consumption of distributed energy resources. Methods: The methodological basis of the research is a set of methods of cognition: universal, general science and privates science. Leading role for the purposes of this research are formal dogmatic and systematic methods. Results: The legislation of the Russian Federation is analyzed in terms of accounting energy flows of distributed electricity resources. Conclusion: Purchase and sale of electricity generated and consumption of power plants distributed energy resources is carried out in the retail electricity market. By technological connection of distributed generation is not subject to special requirements, accession shall be effected in the general procedure.
