Mobile exposition as a tool of cultural and historical education in Russia

Th e article aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modern ways of presenting museum expositions, to identify their weaknesses and strengths. Th e main purpose of the work is, using the example of the mobile exhibition “Military History”, to demonstrate that there is a possibility of combining the main advantages of remote and face to face forms of visiting museum expositions, with the maximum possible compliance with modern requirements put forward by both the pandemic situation and the constant increase in the dynamism of people’s lives and the ever deeper penetration of information technologies into their lives. Th e author will try, using the example of his own mobile exhibition, to confi rm that this way of working with the target audience of the museum can arouse much more interest and contribute to the development of an indepth understanding of the issues that the exhibition raises than traditional and remote ways of building museum space and working with the audience.
