Negotiations as an alternative method for resolving the legal conflict

In this article, negotiations are considered as one of the alternative ways of solving a legal conflict. Their advantages are revealed in comparison with other non-state (alternative) ways. The conduct of the negotiation process, which takes into account the psychological aspects and legal awareness of the disputing parties, is analyzed.
