Negotiations about the conclusion of contract in relations with the foreign element (on examples of Russia, Great Britain and Spain)

The article refers to the particular type of legal relationships complicated by a foreign element - negotiations about the conclusion of contract. The article concerns the nature of negotiations about the conclusion of contract and reasons why this concept came into existence in Russian law. Author analyses the law applied in negotiations about the conclusion of contract depending on legal nature of this phenomenon. Methodological framework of this research is comparative analysis of provisions related to negotiations about the conclusion of contract in three jurisdictions - Russia, Great Britain and Spain.
