Transition of the constitutional status of personality within the framework of digital citizenship

This article examines the changes in the constitutional status of the individual in the context of the development of digital technologies. The approaches of scientists to the concept of "digital citizenship", which is associated with the legal and digital culture of citizens, their interaction with government agencies and new forms of civic engagement, are analyzed. Examples of digitalization of the realization of constitutional rights, such as electoral rights and the right to judicial protection, through the use of electronic services and remote technologies are considered. The potential of artificial intelligence in the field of justice, its possibilities and risks are discussed. Experimental modes of using AI in justice are proposed that can speed up and simplify access to trials, especially in remote regions. In conclusion, the importance of transforming the legal status of an individual in the digital field and the need for further scientific research in this area is emphasized.
