Transition to electronic workbooks

The topic of the article is the transition to electronic workbooks. Its relevance is conditioned by the transition of the entire legal system to digital and electronic media, which greatly simplifies and systematizes the entire document flow. The article highlights the legislative framework governing the use and introduction of electronic workbooks, differences from paper workbooks and their problems. The variants of development and shortcomings of the legislative framework for regulation are analyzed. On the basis of this, the problems and topical issues of the topic under consideration are highlighted, as well as the possibility of solving them by filling the gap in legislation as soon as possible.
