The authoritarian model of cooperation between teachers and students corresponds with conditions of instruction-focused teaching not existing in the technical college anymore. Nowadays the authoritarian model of cooperation is becoming irrelevant and is changing into the partnership one. The article considers some features of the authoritarian and partner models of cooperation.
