The contemporary economic environment is marked by high levels of uncertainly, rapid changes in technology, and increased competition across different industries. Traditional corporate governance models, largely based on vertical integration and strict internal hierarchies, have proven insufficiently effective in addressing the new challenges brought about by globalization and business digitization. This paper examines the shift from conventional corporate structures towards a novel organizational form – the interfirm symbiotic alliance – which provides greater flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness to market dynamic.
