Transfer of estates mortgaged in the state noble land bank to new owners in the second half of the XIX -early XX centuries (based on the Middle Volga region materials)

The article deals with the transfer of encumbered noble estates to new owners with the mediation of the State Noble Land Bank in the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries. Based on the materials of the Middle Volga region provinces, the author analyses the mechanisms of such transfers, the dynamics of the main figures, as well as regional peculiarities of the processes under consideration.
