Перекрёстное психометрическое исследование пациентов с параноидной шизофренией с наличием или отсутствием суицидальных попыток в анамнезе

Суицид является одной из ведущих причин преждевременной смертности больных шизофренией, а суицидальные попытки признаны ключевыми факторами в прогнозировании самоубийств. Больные шизофренией, которые совершали суицидальные попытки, как правило, находятся в молодом возрасте, одиноки и характеризуются более тяжёлыми депрессивными симптомами. Среди госпитализированных пациентов суицидальный риск достигает пика вскоре после выписки из больницы. Частота суицидальных попыток у мужчин с шизофренией значительно выше, чем у женщин. В некоторых исследованиях показано, что больные шизофренией, пытавшиеся совершить самоубийство, имели лучшие показатели когнитивных функций. Суицидальное поведение этих больных до сих пор остаётся распространенным явлением, и на сегодняшний день поиск связей между суицидальными действиями, социально демографическим статусом пациентов, клиническими симптомами, включая когнитивные нарушения при шизофрении является актуальным. Цель исследования: определение связей между суицидальными попытками в анамнезе, кластерами симптомов (факторами), полученными в результате пятифакторного анализа шкалы позитивных и негативных синдромов (PANSS), и когнитивными нарушениями в группе стационарных больных параноидной шизофренией, получавших медикаментозное лечение.

Cross psychometric study of patients with paranoid schizophrenia with or without a history of suicide attempts
Suicide is one of the leading causes of premature mortality in patients with schizophrenia, and suicide attempts are recognized as key factors in predicting suicide. Patients with schizophrenia who have attempted suicide tend to be young, lonely, and have more severe depressive symptoms. Among hospitalized patients, suicide risk peaks shortly after hospital discharge. The rate of suicide attempts is significantly higher in men with schizophrenia rather than in women. Some studies have shown that people with schizophrenia who attempted suicide had better cognitive functions indicators. The suicidal behavior is still typical of these patients, and up till today the search for connections between suicidal actions, the socio-demographic status of patients, clinical symptoms, including cognitive impairment in schizophrenia stays relevant. Aim of the study: to determine the relationships between a history of suicide attempts, symptom clusters (factors) obtained as a result of a five-factor analysis of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), and cognitive impairment in a group of inpatients with paranoid schizophrenia receiving drug treatment.
