In this article, we are talking about the changes in marketing communications in the tourism sector that have occurred since the onset of the pandemic. Some tools that used to be effective do not work now, if only because direct contact with part of the target audience has disappeared. The purpose of the study is to draw attention to irrelevant tools and think about what can replace them.
