There is reviewed the book by Alexander Dugin being part of the "Noomachy" cycle and dedicated to the history of philosophy and thinking in Germany and the neighboring Germanic countries, including Scandinavia. The focus is on tracing the constants of the German Logos based on the paradigm of the "three logoi of Noomakhia" over the course of one and a half thousand years. Particular attention is paid to the school of Rhineland mystics, Renaissance natural philosophy, the problem of intentionality and phenomenology in German thought, the confrontation between Enlightenment and Romantic thought in the era of German classical philosophy, and the last great German thinkers of the twentieth century. Regional peculiarities of border variants of German thought are taken into account. The review reveals the heuristic value of this book, which retains its significance despite its extremely small volume and the summary nature of the consideration of most thinkers.
German philosophy, rheinland mystics, german peoples, scandinavian thought, noomachy
