One of the most typical features of the social development at the beginning of the XXI century is high social tension, as a result of the global transformation of the modern world. At the same time, the geopolitical center of Eurasia is again acquiring high importance for international life, in that in recent years intensified integration processes in economics and politics, unifying tendencies in the social environment of Eurasian states are growing. In this context, the need to form common approaches to the ideological system of the peoples inhabiting the mentioned territory becomes necessary. In this regard, the revision and reconstruction of the ideas of such a movement as Eurasianism seems particularly relevant and spiritually necessary. And the first stage of such comprehension can be the literary genre of the existential novel, presented in the work of the modern Russian existentialist writer Romuil Tsyrakson. Using the example of an analysis of his literary works, the author of the article turns to the modern understanding of the ideological image of Russia-Eurasia. The article examines the Eurasian idea of the «symphonic personality» (L.P. Karsavin), its civilizational and ideological potential in the situation of the global crisis of our time. The author's concept reflects the need for a free and rationally thinking «symphonic personality», which, being part of the Eurasian whole, becomes an active bearer of relevant creative ideas and traditions. Her actions lead to a reasonable and virtuous transformation of modern sociocultural reality in accordance with universal human moral principles and ideals preserved in the spiritual experience of Eurasian culture.
