Processing and methods of cultivation of topinambur in the conditions of Karakalpakiy salted soil

The article deals with processing issues and methods of growing Jerusalem artichoke in conditions of saline soil in Karakalpakia. The objects of the study were the Jerusalem artichoke "Faiz Baraka" and "Muzhiza", underground and aboveground (tuber) organs, the timing and the sowing scheme, the size of the seed material, the depth of sowing.
