Revision of judgments in connection with the applicable decision of the European Court on Human Rights (on the example of the criminal process of France and Russia)

The article considers the issue of reviewing court decisions in connection with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the criminal proceedings of France and Russia. A comparative analysis of the revision procedures in connection with the ECHR decision in France and Russia, as well as the circle of persons entitled to initiate a review of the judgment.
