Restructuring of the soviet state functions in wartime conditions

The motherland defence becomes the main function in the observed period. At the same time this function of the Soviet state was the most difficult because in the process of its realization state bodies had to correlate military means with the changes in the socio-political system and social life of the country, that was quite difficult to do during the war. All the other state functions are more or less aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the realization of the motherland defence function.
