Transfers and artistic arrangement Quran on Russian language

The article attempts to summarize the data on translations of the Qur'an in the living languages. Author of the article is primarily interested in the translation of the sacred text of Muslims in the Russian language, the time of appearance of the Koran in Russia. The author also pointed to examples of artistic transcriptions of the Koran and the use of its content in the creative practice of Russian poets. The article does not cover the entire amount of existing material, but gives a general idea on the issue.
