Reloading the Russian venture market during the period of sanction pressure

The article presents a study of the impact of the imposed sanctions on the Russian venture capital market, as well as proposals for leveling their destructive impact. After the start of a special military operation, a significant number of foreign funds sponsoring innovative start-ups left the Russian market, which, in turn, led to the renouncement of international scientific and technical exchange and cooperation by foreign countries. These events led to a reorientation of the Russian venture capital market and strengthened cooperation between business and the public sector.
