Experience and understanding of terrorist threat by young people of Saransk

In the article are analyzed the special features of experience and understanding of terrorist threat by young people of Saransk (305 people) before and after of the explosion of the train «Nevsky express» (November 27, 2009). In a study it is revealed the connection between the personal properties and the psychological special features of understanding and experience of the threat of acts of terror. In a study it is shown that in young people, interrogated during two weeks after the explosion, in comparison with their contemporaries, interrogated before the act of terror, are increased the general index of the experience of terrorist threat, the index of reaction to the post-traumatic situation, is increased also the level of the anticipation of the danger of act of terror, were reduced the indices of confidence in their ability to control situation and proceeding events, confidence in themselves.
