The experience and behavior of Russian and foreign students in the conditions of quarantine COVID-19

The study of the experiences and behavior of student youth in the conditions of quarantine Covid-19 in order to determine the psychological factors of preventive behavior was carried out in March 2020. It has been established that for persons who adhere to a greater extent adhere to preventive behavior, a tendency to experience negative affect, depression, grief, anxiety, as well as more pronounced emotional instability, experiences for their financial well-being and political situation are characteristic. It is substantiated that the interest in information and its purposeful search in combination with the subject properties of the affective sphere and personality are predictors of preventive behavior. Interest, attentiveness, composure, conscientiousness and friendliness are important personal factors of conscious and balanced response to the stress syvid-19 epidemic, which indicates the possibility and effectiveness of internally motivated mechanisms of preventive behavior, which is potentially less traumatic and more stable in the temporary perspective.
