Experience of loneliness in the structure of personal relationships

The article examines the phenomenon of experiencing loneliness as a complex psychological state that arises in the structure of personality relationships. The experience of loneliness in the structure of personal relationships is a complex and multifaceted psychological phenomenon that encompasses various aspects of human emotional and social functioning. Loneliness is generally considered a state of internal isolation and emotional alienation that can arise in various contexts and manifest itself at different levels. The authors study the nature of loneliness, its emotional, cognitive and behavioral aspects. The paper pays special attention to social and interpersonal factors that contribute to the formation of a feeling of loneliness. The authors analyze the influence of loneliness on self-esteem, social activity and inner harmony of personality, as well as possible mechanisms for overcoming this condition. The work is based on modern theoretical concepts and empirical data, which allows for a deeper understanding of the role of loneliness in a person's life and his relationship with the outside world.
