Periodical press as a factor of reflecting social and political life of Voronezh province during V.A. Trubetskogo

The article deals with the formation of the socio-political life of the Voronezh province in the middle of the XIX century under the influence of the periodical press. The emerging periodicals introduced the public to cultural traditions and contributed to the growth of educational activities among the population.
