The Persian language in the Safavid era: the role of language in the formation of national identity

This work is devoted to the study of the role of the Farsi language in the Safavid era, when it became a key element of the cultural and national identity of the country. The analysis examines the main aspects of the development of Farsi as a language of literature, science and public administration.
