The article considers the questions of formation of personnel in the hospitality industry. The main idea of the article is the relationship of the quality of hotel products and quality of staff. Classification of requirements for different categories of workers. On the basis of the research are formulated the main personnel problems for hotels and proposed directions for their solution.
