In practice, the leaders of organizations are faced with the problems of low motivation of employees, consistency and effectiveness of activities aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization. It is necessary to master new approaches to human resource management, which will allow involving key managers and specialists of the organization in the process of improving. Based on the analysis of existing approaches in domestic and foreign literature, the paper theoretically substantiates and develops the concept of personalized development of effective-oriented relations of employees of manufacturing enterprises. Using the methods of mathematical statistics, empirical studies of the influence of the level of development of effective-oriented relations on the efficiency of employees of small and large enterprises in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Tyumen regions were carried out. On the basis of the "nested sample" method, a comparative analysis of the level of development of effectively-oriented relations and performance indicators, the effectiveness of the work of employees of manufacturing enterprises was carried out. The obtained empirical dependencies confirm the regularity of the influence of the level of development of effective-oriented relations on the effectiveness and efficiency of the activity of employees of manufacturing enterprises.
