Perspective of creating a historical and cultural ethnographic complex in Alar village of the Alar district in the Irkutsk region as a form of museification of the historical and cultural heritage of the Priangarye Buryats

The article is based on the existing historical and ethnographic data, as well as on the author's field materials. The aim of the work is to analyze the existing museum exposition in the historical and cultural landscape of Alar village and reveal the promising options for the museumification of the ethnocultural heritage of the Alar Buryats' territorial group. The conclusions are made that the local space studied contains a high potential that has not been fully used, including ethnic one. In this connection, the museumification project suggested is definitely perspective.
