Perspective directions of development institute of family media

Analysis of the use of family mediation reveals a number of significant problems that need to be addressed to increase the demand for family mediation. The author identifies priority promising directions for the development of the Institute of family mediation in our country. The article reveals the importance of legislative innovations for the effective implementation of this institution in the Russian legal system.
