The key development areas for technoparks in the Russian regions

The article examines the features of Russian technoparks, presents the dynamics of their formation in Russia, analyzes the structure of domestic technoparks depending on their specialization and industry affiliation. The actual problems of the organization and activity of technoparks in Russia are considered. The development of technoparks as a tool for stimulating the sphere of production and services, ensuring competitive advantages in various types of eco-nomic activity is justified. Countries with a high standard of living demonstrate a steady increase in the number of technology parks and incubators, which are a platform for the development of scientific and technological potential in various spheres of life. The following areas of sustainable growth of the financial, economic and production indicators of technoparks in Russia are pro-posed: the development of standardization, the regulatory framework for regulating the produc-tion of high-tech products; the development and implementation of special tax regimes and min-imum tax payments that take into account the high risks of activity; maximum long-term insurance benefits for entrepreneurs; special tax benefits for individuals specializing in the develop-ment of innovative products; state subsidies and financial support at the federal and regional levels.
