Promising directions of implementation of the municipal youth policy in the context of strategic planning of socio-economic development of the city

The potential of a high level of development of the socio-economic system of the city, the creation of favorable and comfortable conditions for life in the future is partly realized through the municipal youth policy. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the analysis of the current state of the youth sphere, to identify the key problems of its functioning and on this basis to formulate promising directions for the implementation of municipal youth policy in the context of strategic planning of socio - economic development of the city (based on the materials of the city of Rostov-on-don). Among the key problems of municipal youth policy in the city of Rostov-on-don, the authors identified: unsatisfied demand for support of youth social and innovative projects, youth start-UPS and entrepreneurial initiatives; weak involvement of working youth in the socio-economic, socio-political and socio-cultural life of the city; the presence of financial and organizational barriers in the identification and promotion of talented youth; insufficiency of work on education in the youth environment of a positive attitude to the family and marriage on the basis of the traditional system of values, assistance to young families in solving their problems; increase in the crime rate among young people; lack of infrastructure...
